This 1980 Pontiac Trans Am is a Indy 500 Pace car Edition. This car has a 4.9L engine with a TURBO. Factory A/C, T-Tops, and Automatic Transmission. Only 50K Original Miles    This is a sweet car. Heres the story. An Older Gentleman 86, special ordered this car. He requested that the Indianapolis Speedway stickers not be on it and that is why they are not. He only put on 50K miles before they took the car away from him when he was 97. He had would forget where he was. This car Fires right up, shifts when and how it's suppose to. Truthfully it is as close to a NEW Trans am as it gets nowdays! The 4.9L engine with a turbo gives it plenty of horsepower. It has an automatic transmission. It has an off centered hood scoop with lights on the inside so you can see them while your driving. This car has also has factory T-Tops with the tinted glass. The exterior is in good shape there is no body damage or rust. The interior is in good shape and just shows a little wear. Comes with power windows and locks, the power locks don't work and might just be a fuse a loose wire somewhere. Factory A/C, rear defrost, radio booster, and a switch to control the turbo lights. The clear coat is peeling off in spots and the paint is faded by the T-Tops and on the bird. But this car has no body rust or damage. I found it hard to do a repaint cause its such a Original car. This car is in great shape. The interior shows some wear BUT NOT MUCH. The driver side carpet has a hole in it. The front seats show some wear but the back seats are in really good shape still. The headliner in coming down in the back which would be an easy fix.   All and all this is a great car. Doesn't matter what time of year it is you can go out any time and this car just fires right up. The 4.9L with a turbo gives you plenty of power to do what ever you want to ;-p. This car has alot of upgrades that most of these cars don't have.       This would be the perfect car to add to a collection, start a collection with, or fix up and use as a daily driver. This is a great car and a hate to sell it but I need to get rid of some of my collection.
